About Harmony Michaela
Harmony Michaela offers wellbeing programmes and sound sessions designed to support stress relief and renewed energy.By combining somatic exercises, gentle body-awareness movement, deeper conscious breathing and healing sound, the sessions support deep relaxation, a mental reset, improved focus and the body’s natural restorative processes.

Research into wellbeing programmes has reported, for example:

  • 10–20% reduction in perceived stress
  • 5–15% improvement in self-reported productivity or work performance
  • some studies of sound meditation have reported approximately a 50% reduction in perceived tension after a single sound meditation session

Michaela Forrest

Michaela has nine years of experience using sound to support personal wellbeing and personal development.

Following the loss of a close family member in 2016, her priorities in life changed, leading her to explore new approaches to personal development and overall wellbeing.

She subsequently completed a range of training courses in the UK, developing her skills in working with sound instruments and the voice to support physical and mental wellbeing. Since 2021, she has been involved in facilitating sound and gong baths, and in 2022 she began leading her own group sessions.

In 2024, she completed professional Group Sound Healing training with the Sound Healing Academy and has continued to develop and facilitate her own group sound sessions since then.
