Personal data required to process an order and enable participation in an event are processed where necessary for entering into or performing a contract between the customer and the Controller.

Certain personal data are also processed and retained where necessary for compliance with legal obligations to which the Controller is subject, particularly accounting and tax obligations.

Where processing is based on consent, particularly in relation to marketing communications, consent may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Where applicable, personal data may also be processed where necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the Controller, such as the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

5. Marketing Communications

Where a customer has given consent to receive information about Harmony Michaela events, news and services, the Controller may use the customer's email address for this purpose.

Providing consent for marketing communications is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing a ticket or participating in an event.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time, including by using the unsubscribe link provided in marketing emails or by contacting the Controller.

6. Recipients of Personal Data

In order to provide booking, payment, website and communication services, personal data may, to the extent necessary, be disclosed to service providers used by the Controller, in particular:

  • providers of booking or sales systems,

7. Retention of Personal Data

Personal data relating to orders and payments are retained for as long as necessary to fulfil contractual and legal obligations and, where applicable, to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Personal data processed on the basis of consent for marketing purposes are processed until consent is withdrawn or until the purpose of the processing otherwise ceases to apply.

After the applicable retention period has expired, personal data are deleted or anonymised unless their continued retention is required or permitted by law.

8. Rights of Data Subjects

Subject to the conditions laid down by applicable data protection law, individuals whose personal data are processed have, in particular, the right to:

9. Security of Personal Data

The Controller takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, damage, misuse or unauthorised disclosure.
