TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of tickets and reservation of places at events organised under the Harmony Michaela brand.
The events are organised by:

A place at an event may be booked through the booking form on the website or through a link to a payment page.
The price stated for each event is the final price.
Payment may be made using the payment methods offered to the customer during the booking process. Payments may be technically processed by an external payment service provider.
The booking becomes binding once the order has been successfully completed and the price has been paid, unless otherwise stated for the specific event.
Confirmation of the booking will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
A purchased booking or ticket entitles the customer to attend the specific event on the date, at the time and at the venue stated during the booking process.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the contact details provided during the booking process are correct.
By purchasing a place at an event, the customer reserves part of the limited capacity of that specific event.
If the customer is unable to attend, they may transfer their place to another person. It is recommended to advise the Organiser of the change of participant in advance by email.
If the customer does not attend the event, the amount paid is forfeited.
For services relating to leisure activities provided on a specific date or during a specific period, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
If the Organiser cancels an event, the customer will be offered an alternative date or a refund of the price paid.
If it is necessary to change the venue, time or other organisational arrangements, the customer will be informed using the contact details provided during the booking process.
Participation in events is voluntary, and each participant is responsible for their own health and for deciding whether participation is suitable for them.
Harmony Michaela events focused on relaxation, sound, meditation, breathing or somatic exercises are not a substitute for healthcare, medical diagnosis or treatment.
Contraindication – sound-induced (audiogenic) epilepsy.
If a participant has a health condition or is unsure whether participation is suitable for them, they are advised to consult an appropriate healthcare professional in advance and, where appropriate, inform the Organiser.
The Organiser is not liable for harm resulting from the participant withholding important health information or failing to follow the Organiser’s instructions.
Customers’ personal data are processed only to the extent necessary to process the booking and payment, organise the event and comply with the Organiser’s legal obligations.

Marketing communications are sent in accordance with applicable legislation and, where required, the customer’s consent.

Consumers also have the right to seek out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. The competent body in the Czech Republic is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce – ČOI).
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
By submitting an order, the customer confirms that they had the opportunity to read these Terms and Conditions and agrees to them.
